1. Service Description

MADE TO MEASUER PROPERTY SERVICES, LLC SMS Program: Users who provide their mobile number via web forms, in-person bookings, or by texting our number will receive automated and manual text messages related to:

\nService Notifications: Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling options.
\nBilling and Payment: Billing details, payment confirmations, and overdue reminders.
\nFeedback Requests: Post-service completion surveys and service quality inquiries.
\nEmergency Updates: Timely alerts regarding plumbing-related emergencies or service disruptions.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START” to our number, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service activity and appointment schedule. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7. Consent/Opt-in Requirements

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you attest that:

11. Limitation of Liability

MADE TO MEASURE PROPERTY SERVICES, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or failure of the SMS Service. Our total liability for any claims related to these services shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for such services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or SMS Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
